Successful Bond Exoneration starts at the beginning of each project to realize successful completion and expedited acceptance. We work with each local jurisdiction to reach acceptance on all punch list items to allow for timely bond release.

We are skilled team leaders, and utilize detailed schedule, action items spreadsheets and weekly team meetings to ensure all subcontractors are staying on task and meeting set deadlines.

As builders, we live and thrive by the schedule. Every successful project starts by building a detailed schedule utilizing MS Project. We coordinate closely with our team to update the schedule on a regular basis and keep our clients informed of how and when we plan to meet project milestones.

Permit Expediting
We are skilled at submitting comprehensive permit applications and working closely with the design team to quickly respond to all comments and secure a stamped and signed permit. We have experience working with City and County Staff as well as regional and state agencies such as the Water Board, DTSC and Caltrans.
