Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, and has managed the planning and construction of more than 200 projects including power plants, levee repairs, landfills and marinas, master planned subdivisions, industrial buildings and shopping centers. 

He believes the success of each project depends on effective and frequent communication between all team members.  He approaches difficult decisions head on, and takes a proactive approach to identify potential issues early on in the life cycle of each project. 

Jeff lives his personal and professional life according to a simple guiding principle that has never lead him astray: ‘Do the right thing, for the right reason, every time.’

Casey is a seasoned Real Estate Development Professional with 18 years of experience overseeing a diverse portfolio of development investments.  From due diligence and acquisitions, through project design and entitlements, permitting, construction and sales, she is skilled at taking projects from inception through to execution and completion. 

As a third-generation builder Casey takes great joy in managing development collaborations and stewarding the team’s vision through the development and approval process.  She sees it as a joy and a great responsibility to play a role in shaping the built environment that is the fabric in which our communities thrive.
